Pre Delivery

 

You can cancel your order at anytime prior to the goods being dispatched and receive a full refund.

If the goods have been dispatched from us but cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, return delivery charges will apply.

If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase to us you have 14 days from the day of delivery.

 

Returned products must be in their original condition for a refund to be made.

 

Please ensure all products returned to us are adequately packaged - we recommend using the original packaging.

 

Each package must be labelled and include your name, any customer details and postal address.

 

You are liable for the costs of returning the product(s) to us and should arrange your own returns.

We do not make a profit on postage and packaging and only charge you the cost to us.

 

Refunds will be put back on to the card you paid with and processed once we have received the item.

If something goes wrong

 

We do our utmost to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition.

If there is a problem with a product please contact us immediately so that we can discuss a course of action to remedy the situation.

 

Please do not attempt to re-assemble or make adjustments/corrections to the item(s) otherwise will not be able to support your claim.

 

 

All damage claims must be supported by evidence in the form of digital photographs.
